Disney Trying To Cash In On The Rythm Game Market

  You’d think Rock Band and the Guitar Hero franchise would be enough, but not Disney, they think they need to release a game in the same vein.  As if that wasn’t enough of a slap in the face, they’re calling it “Ultimate Band”.  Guess what Disney, I can already have the “ultimate band” experience with Rock Band.  Depressing times.  The game will be released for the Wii and Nintendo DS, with support for sharing and creating custom songs on the DS.  The game will not have it’s own peripheral, instead planning to use only the default peripherals for each system, the Wiimote and the DS stylus, respectively.  Look for it (or don’t) around next holiday season.
